Duties:
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Supervise and train office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members
- Manage and oversee team performance, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Plan and organize office events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent supervisory and team management abilities
- Proficient in payroll processing and employee record management
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment maintenance
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
