Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Manager for in home care services to oversee the daily operations of in-home care as well as help grow with our company!
Our managers are responsible for managing clients; ensuring their safety, well-being, and overall quality of life by directing and scheduling employees. This person must be self-directed, motivated and believes in the value of working as a team within the home care industry. Candidates should have availability Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm but also must also be available for after-hours emergency calls for call-ins and client concerns. This position is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals in need, as well as giving our managers potential for unlimited income.
Duties:
- Provide support for care to clients
- Assess and manage care plans for clients
- Connect caregivers with families in need of care by doing in person meet and greets and ensuring good partnerships
- Develop your team by posting for caregiving positions, hiring, and on-boarding new employees
- Manage clients' accounts by watching accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of client information
- Familiarize themselves with the Christian Servants Home Care ethics and beliefs to effectively present our services to referral providers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of senior care principles and practices is beneficial
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks
