Live Long Well Care of Tega Cay is now accepting applications for an experienced Home Care Office Manager/Marketer (Client Service Manager).
This management position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch as well as conducting marketing and outreach with the goal of growing the business of our local private duty Home Care company. This position will directly manage a Care Coordinator Supervisor, Staff Schedulers, and approximately 50 care staff (indirectly). We are private pay (not Medicare or Medicaid certified) and provide private duty non-skilled services for the senior/elderly population. This position requires a strong leader who can create and maintain a great working environment for team members and clients.
Base salary with monthly commission/incentive opportunity (based on profit) along with generous benefits are being offered. This position will assist with on-call and work some weekends as it is a 24/7 operation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Home Care or senior care as well as management and marketing confidence.
