We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficient in computerized office systems, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
