NOS is a small contract furnishings firm located in a beautiful spacious state of the art fac. ility in 5,000 square feet with only 6 employees. Duties include:Accounting to include invoicing, bill paying, sales tax calculation and paying, payroll tax, job costing, job estimating, profit and loss tracking and calculation. QuickBooks expertise is essential.Ordering and tracking of furniture and other productsReceptionistOverseeing of supplies for officeMaintaining all necessary recordsPersonal Assistant for CEOThe office manager is the first face greeting clients and should be professional and courteous at all times. They need a positive, friendly demeanor. Applicant should be thorough and detail oriented. When employees are hired by NOS, we hope that the employee considers this the last job in their career. Current employees average 10 years on the job. NOS began in 1986 under the same ownership to this day.
