As our Community Partnerships Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to exceptional care. Your role, supporting our Pocono and Kingston office locations, is a pivotal role, cultivating relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. Your talent for relationship-building and marketing expertise will play a key role in expanding our services and outreach.

Compensation: $50,000 plus commission and auto allowance 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate potential leads through digital platforms, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Educate clients and families, and local community groups on our services, ensuring a clear understanding of how we enhance their quality of life.
• Smoothly onboard new clients, facilitating a seamless care transition.
• Engage with local communities, senior centers, and healthcare facilities to promote services and form partnerships.
• Capable of autonomously managing tasks while effectively dividing time between office-based responsibilities and engaging with the community.
• Accurately record client information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team for efficient client intake and transitions.
• Organize and participate in community events to promote services and foster connections.

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant experience.
• Home care experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in marketing strategies: email, social media, content, and advertising.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
