Job Description:
· Maintain accurate resident census
· Meet with residents, families or responsible parties upon admission and discharge to explain financial obligations and paperwork
· Maintain Medicaid Pending tracking and assist residents with the Medicaid application process
· Maintain confidential files in accordance with state and federal regulations.
· Serve as backup for Accounts Payable
· Manage resident trust funds
· Directly involved in Private Pay billing and collections to include monitoring for Adjustments/refunds.
· Work with an interdisciplinary facility team as well as regional and home office resources.
· Provide Human resources functions, including recruitment and retention of Team Members
· Develop, communicate, and implement compliance programs for facility personnel policies and procedures
Job Requirement:
· 1-2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility Experience Preferred
· Very knowledgeable in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word
· AHT software experience preferred
· Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
· Expert in multi-tasking and leading and directing the work of others
· Provide industry best customer service.
