Office Manager - Home Care jobs in Wichita, KS

We're looking for a professional individual who is capable of overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of the office. This includes supervising staff, attending to administrative duties, assisting with client service, ensuring that the space is kept neat and orderly and answering phones when necessary. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, deadline oriented and constantly changing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Handle issues with paperwork.
• Handle meeting and travel arrangements.
• Hire and train new staff members.
• Schedule meetings and trips.
• Order office supplies.
• Deal with incoming phone calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
