Office Manager oversees and manages the daily activities of office staff to ensure efficient operations, service delivery and expense control. Develops and implements procedures and policies for all administrative activities. Being an Office Manager typically manages record-keeping, document preparation, mail distribution, reception, bill or invoice processing, maintenance services, technical support, project coordination/scheduling, and other related internal operations. Oversees the selection of vendors and the purchase of office equipment and supplies. Additionally, Office Manager coordinates resources to troubleshoot, determine the best solutions, and solve problems. Tracks and analyzes operational costs and monitors budget. Recruits, trains, and coaches office staff to achieve optimal performance. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. We are currently looking for enthusiastic, talented candidates for the role of Office Manager. The Office Manager is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of their clinical office with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory controls, patient care and interactions, office staff supervision and task delegation. They hold ownership of the overall business health of the office, including establishing and meeting goals for patient retention and growth.
Essential Functions:
Requirements- Associate degree in a related field, 2 years of proven experience in a health care facility. Understanding and familiarity of HR practices. Managerial and Leadership experience. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Exceptional work ethic. Respectful and patient. Strong focus on patient and associate experience.
Preferred – BA/BS in a related field, at least 1 year of experience in Dermatology
