Office Manager oversees and manages the daily activities of office staff to ensure efficient operations, service delivery and expense control. Develops and implements procedures and policies for all administrative activities. Being an Office Manager typically manages record-keeping, document preparation, mail distribution, reception, bill or invoice processing, maintenance services, technical support, project coordination/scheduling, and other related internal operations. Oversees the selection of vendors and the purchase of office equipment and supplies. Additionally, Office Manager coordinates resources to troubleshoot, determine the best solutions, and solve problems. Tracks and analyzes operational costs and monitors budget. You will be the support in the daily operation of our newly opened Ag Dealership. This position includes performing a variety of day-to-day clerical tasks, answering and routing incoming calls, assisting customers and functioning as part of our management team for a busy farm equipment dealership. For the marketing peice you will be on social media promoting Tilleman Equipment as a brand as well as working with our marketing firm to create content for publishing and recapturing our co-op dollars. This position is Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5.
