OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER oversees and manages the daily activities of office staff to ensure efficient operations, service delivery and expense control. Develops and implements procedures and policies for all administrative activities. Being an OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER typically manages record-keeping, document preparation, mail distribution, reception, bill or invoice processing, maintenance services, technical support, project coordination/scheduling, and other related internal operations. Oversees the selection of vendors and the purchase of office equipment and supplies. Additionally, OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER coordinates resources to troubleshoot, determine the best solutions, and solve problems. Tracks and analyzes operational costs and monitors budget. Recruits, trains, and coaches office staff to achieve optimal performance. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.   • Position Summary – Our Office Managers / AR are the leaders on the front linein the creation of an exceptional customer experience for not only our customers but our internal customers as well. These team members are responsible for in person customer care through trained knowledge of billing, basic tech support to provide a one touch customer resolution. Rango Office Managers will be in constant communication with internal and external customers, office cleanliness duties, supporting remote billing staff with paper invoices and outgoing paper mail and assisting the General Manager with a wide variety of tasks for the company.     SCOPE: (What are the daily activities that are included in this role?)

    · Rango Office Managers can expect to spend a significant portion of their time working from a computer and extreme multitasking.

    · Handle walk in customers in all areas such as billing, upgrading service, selling service and any other issues the customer may have.

    · Maintain Office supplies and office cleanliness.

    · Maintain Office Voicemail and Local Ticket Queue.

    · Manage cash box, reporting and all cash payments.

    · Maintain County and City Business Licensing as needed.

    · Complete deposits for incoming payments and reporting as needed (minimum once per week).

    · Support remote staff in sending out letters and invoices via mail.

    · Help build a strong, local presence on social media by creating weekly posts and responding appropriately to local comments online.

    · Be the frontline for identifying local events and community outreach opportunities, bringing these to the attention of Marketing and the General Manager, and attending events when needed.

    · Administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager such as preparing documents, presentations, memos etc.

    · Extensive documentation which requires excellent written and verbal communication.

    · Problem solving by oneself as well as with others throughout the organization, including but not limited to General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Field Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Field Technician Team Lead, Dispatch Manager, Lead Dispatch Agent, Sales, Infrastructure, Network Operations, Tech Support and Billing.

    Required Education/Experience - {List of minimum education and/or experience qualifications, required certifications, etc.}

    · High School diploma

    · Minimum 1 Year Customer Service

    · Ability to sufficiently use computer operating systems, i.e., Microsoft office, internet browser, etc.

    · Ability to document clear and concise information.

    · Clearly Driven

    · Ability to multi-task

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    · Must be able to communicate well over the phone.
