OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER oversees and manages the daily activities of office staff to ensure efficient operations, service delivery and expense control. Develops and implements procedures and policies for all administrative activities. Position Summary
Gill St. Bernard’s School invites applications for an Office Manager of Advancement Services. This position is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Director of Advancement. The successful candidate will model GSB’s core values of compassion, excellence, integrity, respect, and courage.
The Office Manager of Advancement Services is an integral member of the overall fundraising team and program for Gill St. Bernard’s, providing vital support, including operational, capital and endowment for the school. The Office Manager of Advancement Services must be able to work independently and as a team member, prioritizing work and managing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. As GSB builds momentum towards its 125th anniversary in 2025, the Manager will support the Advancement Office in the following ways:
