OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER oversees and manages the daily activities of office staff to ensure efficient operations, service delivery and expense control. Develops and implements procedures and policies for all administrative activities. Being an OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER typically manages record-keeping, document preparation, mail distribution, reception, bill or invoice processing, maintenance services, technical support, project coordination/scheduling, and other related internal operations. Oversees the selection of vendors and the purchase of office equipment and supplies. Additionally, OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER coordinates resources to troubleshoot, determine the best solutions, and solve problems. Tracks and analyzes operational costs and monitors budget. Recruits, trains, and coaches office staff to achieve optimal performance. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are currently seeking candidates for an Order Entry/Call Center position in our Customer Care department at our corporate offices in Waterloo, IA.

    This unique, customer service opportunity involves:

    • Receives incoming calls and orders from customers throughout the United States to facilitate the ordering of products and services.
    • Processes orders received over the web, email, faxes, mail and phone. Analyses documents used in ordering process for accuracy and calculates price and checks for other related item specifications.
    • Serves as key contact for customer's questions on balances, billing, and order status information.
    • Normal hours will be: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday Friday.
    • Starting Pay range is $16.50 to $19.00 per hour commensurate with experience.

    We seek candidates with the following credentials:

    • Previous customer service or related experience.
    • Some Post-Secondary Education preferred.
    • Excellent speaking and listening skills.
    • Quality and accuracy oriented, with data-entry, business math and computer skills.
    • Flexibility in a team environment.
