Job Description
Endeavor Professional Services, LLC is seeking an entry level Staff Professional. Degree in geology or related field is required. Engineer – In – Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred, but not required. Candidate should have a willingness to learn, ability to complete field work on a flexible schedule, and work independently as well as in a team. Position will support and actively participate in the development of public water supply wells, geologic characterization, well siting, drilling oversight, well construction, development & implementation of aquifer testing plans, sustainability studies, wellhead protection plans, and regulatory permitting. Candidate should have a willingness to learn, ability to complete field work on a flexible schedule, and work independently as well as in a team. Salary commensurate with experience and bonus potential. Initially this will be a remote working position with the candidate working from their home and visiting the State College office a minimum of two (2) times per month to collaborate in person with support staff and management.
