We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
Duties:
-Assistant to Broker Owner
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage office filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with onboarding of new employees/agents
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong Social media and website navigation skills; Canva or equivalent skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a 25 hour a week position with competitive compensation. 5 hours a day between 9 and 4 at your discretion.
