The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Maintain files and records in an organized manner
- Manage calendars for executives and team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as needed

- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Handle front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries
