Gas Station Attendant

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all gas station customers
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide information on fuel types and grades
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning fuel pumps, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Conduct product demos and upsell additional items such as car washes, snacks, and beverages
- Monitor fuel levels and ensure pumps are functioning properly
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Proven ability to upsell products and services
- Familiarity with technology sales and ability to operate cash registers and POS systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and time management skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, with proficiency in English required
