Oil and Gas Field Supervisor jobs in Jackson, MS

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage field operations to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis for projects
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction activities
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify issues, and provide guidance to field staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and productivity

Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Proficiency in construction estimating and cost analysis
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
