Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our door-to-door outreach campaigns, conducting inspections at residential properties, and generating leads for our subscription-based services. This opportunity is perfect for those in sales in the cable, solar and roofing trades who are looking for a opportunity to close often in a fast pace environment.

Duties:

• Compile lists of addresses within designated neighborhoods for canvassing purposes.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to engage with homeowners and offer inspections.
• Record and categorize outcomes of interactions, including successful contacts, follow-up opportunities, and homeowner interest levels.
• Coordinate with field technicians to schedule and conduct inspections as needed.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including contact rates and lead conversions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or field operations roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with homeowners.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to task prioritization.
• Comfortable working independently and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
