Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations - Review project plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility - Collaborate with the project team to develop project schedules and budgets - Utilize software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, ProCore, Prolog for project planning and management - Provide guidance and support to field staff, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Monitor project expenses and make recommendations for cost-saving measures - Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading and schematic interpretation - Proficiency in using project management software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, ProCore, Prolog - Excellent supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control principles - Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Join our team as a Field Supervisor and take your career in construction management to new heights.
