Carmona Pool Services is looking to hire a full-time, seasonal Field Supervisor for the Southwestern NJ area! This position's main responsibility is overseeing the daily operations of roughly 15-20 commercial swimming pool facilities. The region you will be hired for will be determined during the hiring process.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Inspecting, cleaning, and servicing your assigned pools for the day.
-Checking on the lifeguards at each facility, making sure they are on task.
-Checking the water chemistry levels using a Taylor Test Kit, and correcting the parameters if needed to comply with industry standards.
-Using our integrated software to complete service stops. Company cell phone will be provided.
-Completing required reports and maintaining facilities cleanliness (picking up garbage while on site, checking the bathrooms, etc.)
-Help implement new staff training during the Pre-Season, as well as throughout the season.
-Be a part of an on-call schedule to fill in as a lifeguard in the event of a call out. If your lifeguard certification is expired, we can help you sign up for a recertification class!
Field Supervisor Requirements:
-18 years of age or older with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
-Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Have good organizational and communication skills
-Have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
-Currently possess or willing to obtain a lifeguard certification
-Be a team player, motivated to learn, and customer-orientated.
-Management experience is a plus!
Field Supervisor Schedule:
-Work 6 days a week, with scheduled day off discussed during the interview process
-A company phone will be provided to stay in contact with lifeguards and property managers.
-Start date is May 15th. This is a seasonal position that is expected to end on September 8th. Year round employment may be offered based on availability.
