Oil and Gas Field Supervisor supervises field staff that maintains and services oil and gas production facilities. Oversees testing and monitoring of wells, pumps, storage facilities and other equipment. Being an Oil and Gas Field Supervisor is responsible for safety of staff and production facilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Install, assemble, and disassemble equipment as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Rhode Island Trade licensing for scope of work
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of refrigeration, plumbing, mechanics
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
