Oil and Gas Superintendent oversees daily oil and gas operations activities at multiple facilities. Supervises and directs employees involved in production, drilling, maintenance, and/or construction through foreman and other lead staff. Being an Oil and Gas Superintendent requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Oil and Gas Superintendent manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. A-Gas is hiring a Plant Superintendent to lead operations teams which drive capacity and improve our production of reclaimed refrigerant gas at our plant in Rhome, Texas (15 min outside of Fort Worth).
In this role, you will be responsible for working with the Plant Manager in safe and efficient daily operations within multiple fast-paced production departments supporting the company's objectives that are outlined in both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards including AHRI 700 Certification Programs, while following safety best practices.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is starts at $92,000 and goes up based on experience. Thisrole is also eligible for the company profit-sharing program and long term incentive program.
