Oil and Gas Superintendent oversees daily oil and gas operations activities at multiple facilities. Supervises and directs employees involved in production, drilling, maintenance, and/or construction through foreman and other lead staff. Being an Oil and Gas Superintendent requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Oil and Gas Superintendent manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Oil and Gas Superintendent typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. In this position you will partner with the Senior Analyst primarily covering the Oli & Gas Industry to create industry-leading and market-moving equity research content. Primary responsibilities include conducting the fundamental equity research process for the purpose of providing differentiated industry and stock-specific content, including building and maintaining financial estimates, maintaining financial databases, and writing reports on companies under coverage and key industry themes. Gain a deep understanding of the clean energy industry, individual companies, stock-selection and the capital markets. Team member will also contribute to the team’s midstream oil and gas coverage. Write research reports on key company updates and industry themes. Create and update financial models and databases Attend company and industry events; cultivate relationships with covered companies and industry contacts Communicate team views on covered companies with internal and external constituents Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment Collaborate with Wells Fargo peers across the Wells Fargo Securities platform and entire firm This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
