Oil and Gas Superintendent oversees daily oil and gas operations activities at multiple facilities. Supervises and directs employees involved in production, drilling, maintenance, and/or construction through foreman and other lead staff. Being an Oil and Gas Superintendent requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Oil and Gas Superintendent manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Oil and Gas Superintendent typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Some Essential and Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
· Assist with interviewing, training, scheduling, performance, and productivity of all department team members
· Support with communication of information distribution to the entire staff
· Responsible for maintaining a positive atmosphere, spirit, and morale within the store
· Demonstrate effective leadership skills by managing time and delegation
· Maintain stock levels. Keep the shelves full of ad merchandise and items kept in back stock
· Maintains 100% total customer focus with all team members
· Is available to respond to all store situation in a timely basis
