Oil and Gas Superintendent jobs in Stockton, CA

Southland Holdings is looking for a experienced Superintendent with great leadership skills at our California Project.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of field management of multiple crews and subcontractors
• Development of look ahead schedules in conjunction with project schedule 
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Common Scheduling Programs a plus
• Civil construction experience and equipment knowledge
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to communicate with the CEI of the project.
• Hold Jobsite Progress Meetings.
• Ability to schedule in house crews and subcontractors.
• Must be competent at performing complete and accurate project take offs
• Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards
• OSHA requirements and other legal restrictions.
• Enforce company safety regulations

Salary Range $100,000-$180,000 annually.
