    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Lead cross-functional project management efforts spanning Marketing, Technology, and Business Development teams, with a strategic focus on empowering and driving success for our Marketing initiatives.
    • Develop comprehensive long and short-term project plans, establishing clear milestones and deadlines.
    • Produce a strategic project roadmap with timelines, initiatives, and milestones across the various lines of business using key stakeholder input
    • Foster a supportive environment by providing regular feedback, guidance, and updates to team members while offering encouragement during projects
    • Conducting regular check-ins to facilitate and monitor progress towards established goals and objectives
    • Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.
    • Forecast resource requirements and efficiently manage resources to achieve project objectives.
    • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to maintain synergy and alignment
    • Conduct quality control measures throughout project development to uphold high standards.
    • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to assess project needs and design effective strategies for implementation.
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and contractors
    • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
    • Evaluate project performance through comprehensive analysis and reporting.
    • Facilitate project debriefs to gather insights and feedback from team members to foster continuous improvement
    • Other duties, as requested

    Education and Experience:

    • ​​A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or a similar field required
    • Project Management Certification preferred
    • Healthcare and/or start-up experience preferred
    • Experience using Click-up or another project management software
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong sense of accountability and ownership for tasks and projects, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
    • Working knowledge of digital marketing
    • Ability to manage and remain flexible to changing or conflicting priorities
    • Strong collaborative skills, including ability to negotiate and motivate others
    • Detail-oriented and extremely resourceful
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and delegate when necessary
    • Proven ability in innovatively solving problems in a timely and effective manner
    • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
    • Proficient in WordPress, GA, Social platforms, HubSpot, Adobe Suite or the equivalent
    • Proficiency using apps within Google Workspace such as Drive, Sheets & Docs or the equivalent

    Work Location: We are accepting both remote and hybrid applicants for this role, with a preference to hybrid candidates based in Michigan.
