Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of hot leads interested in booking appointments at our 12 sales center locations, all organized in our CRM.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, delivering education, strategy, and successful sales pitches for Manufactured Homes, Tiny Homes, and Modular Homes.
• Quickly adapt Titan's advertising solutions to tailor home recommendations to meet customer needs, overcoming objections and rejections through effective communication.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales goals by booking appointments with customers over the phone to visit our sales centers.
• Maintain organization, self-motivation, and effective time management to achieve daily goals in the numbers-driven sales environment.

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and self-starting individual.
• Coachable with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing, call center, or sales experience.
• Creative approach to attracting new customers.
• Ability to make 100 calls per day.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving scripts and procedures.
• Punctual and available Monday-Saturday with flexibility.
• Must work in the office (San Antonio).
