Online Pharmacist jobs in Moreno Valley, CA
Online Pharmacist compounds and dispenses prescribed drugs per physician's instructions for online or mail order subscription orders. Manages a high volume of prescriptions. Being an Online Pharmacist does not typically interact with customers. May supervise technicians and oversee operational activities including data entry, order fulfillment, and shipping. Additionally, Online Pharmacist requires a doctorate degree in pharmacy (Pharm.D.). Typically reports to a manager or supervisor. Requires Registered Pharmacist (RPh). JOB SUMMARY
Provide competent and accurate pharmacist service in the acute care setting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: See License and Certification.
Experience: None
Knowledge and Skills: Competent to provide prescribed medications and drug information as needed to ensure adequate patient care according to professional standards/practices and hospital policy/procedures.
License and Certifications: Current, valid Pharmacist license to practice pharmacy in the state of California. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
Equipment: Computer; Equipment related to the compounding of pharmaceuticals.
Physical Requirements: Able to perform the essential physical duties as noted on the job description.
PAY RANGE
$58.35 - $87.53
