Los Gatos Audiology is looking for an ambitious and energetic provider to grow / join / expand our team. The position is for individuals seeking full-time employment in a private practice setting.

We are passionate about providing the best hearing healthcare technology available and providing the best, personalized patient centered experience possible.

We predominantly see adults but also see some children, with the primary focus of the clinic being on auditory rehabilitation and hearing devices.

The Audiologist will be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages, device sales, fittings, follow-up care, as well as counseling and educating the patient to find the best solution to treat their hearing loss.

They may also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, senior living events, etc.

They will execute a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education.

Our go-to manufacturers are Oticon, Widex, Phonak, and Resound.

We offer a competitive salary, depending on previous experience, and it is supplemented by a productivity bonus.
