Job Description:
Percheron is looking for a Field ROW Title Supervisor to work out of our field office in Abilene Texas.
(Per diem is available if qualified)

• Be a guiding factor in the growth of Percheron Title.
• Responsible for the overall project success and meeting timelines for title projects
• Overseeing & coordinating In-House Title Agents, Field Title Agents & Reviewers (team members)
• Assigning work and delegating responsibilities amongst the team (confirm that each team member knows who to go to with questions)
• Providing necessary materials, guidelines, trainings & expectations to the team members
• Effectively & continually communicating the above
• Assessing team member's need for additional training or individual assistance and providing such
• Hold weekly meetings to provide an open forum for team members to ask questions and for you to give guidance and project updates.
• Tracking project changes, re-routes, additions, etc. and alerting upper management of issues outside of scope to discuss change order, if necessary.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Regional Managers, GIS, Survey to meet project expectations and timelines.
• Ensuring that RFIs are tracked and completed and confirming that the requests are not outside the original scope of work.
• Tracking billable time on the project(s) to ensure we do not surpass allotted time/budget (information regarding billable days per project will be provided at kick-off)
• Reviewing and approving time prior to posting and ensuring all team members submit their time and expenses by COB on Fridays.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of five years' experience including a minimum of three years in a management role.

• Highly knowledgeable in Oil & Gas Mineral Title and Surface Title requisites in multiple states.
• Proficient knowledge to display the ability to quickly access pertinent information to allow for informed decisions and respond to the challenges of all assigned tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Percheron's technology processes.
• Good management skills that allow for identifying skill strengths and weaknesses of direct reports.
• Registered Professional Landman, Certified Professional Landman or Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst preferred but not required.
