Posting Note: A great opportunity for an experienced Operating Room Supervisor in the EAST VALLEY Surgery Center! This unique position will manage the day-to-day clinical supervisor responsibilities for the outpatient surgery center. The incumbent MUST HAVE a minimum of 1 year OR experience, and some leadership experience as a Lead Nurse, Charge Nurse or Preceptor to be considered. This role is a Monday - Friday; NO holidays; NO weekends and NO call!!! Although, you will be required to take after hour phone calls for staffing purposes. Incumbent will manage a small staff of 12 - 15 employees, to include nurses, surgical techs, and PCT employees. This position will eventually support some of the leadership needs of the new hospital once it opens at the end of 2024.
