The Reynoldsville Water and Sewage Authority is hiring a manager
The manager will be responsible for directing the day to day operations and maintenance of the Authority's plants. This will also include ensuring that all state and federal regulations as well as the policies of the Authority are followed. The manager will also be responsible for directly overseeing all the Authority's employees and assigning their duties and responsibilities. The manager will also ensure that any and all of the general public's concerns are addressed and brought to the attention of the authority.
This individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to solve conflicts and challenges in multiple situations.
Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Benefits will include medical insurance, paid vacation, and municipal retirement plan.
Qualifications: Applicants must have at least 10 years experience in a water plant, sewage plant, distribution, and collection system. Must have a water and sewage license. An upgrade in license may be obtained after being employed.
