The Talent Systems Manager oversees, through partnership with IT and key learning stakeholders, the ZB Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal performance, end user adoption, compliance, and productivity, and to confirm that the system functions as designed and validated. The Talent Systems Manager will be responsible for the following:
Requires a bachelor’s degree (3-year bachelor’s degree or 3 years of study toward a bachelor’s degree accepted) in Communication, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Training and Development, or related field, or related field, or foreign equivalent.
Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related position.
Must have 5 years of experience with administration and support of Learning Management Systems; curriculum needs analysis; curriculum development; program design; systematic instructional design processes, graphic design /visual support, evaluation, and impact assessment; and training document preparation.
