The Work You Will Do:
DEP’s Office of Technology and Information Services (OTIS) is currently seeking an OPS Systems Programming Consultant. This position will work within a team of 40 technical staff responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing 120 agency business applications. Employees of the OTIS are required to demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service. A focus for this position involves modernizing DEP’s existing PHP portfolio, leading various development team members through the modernization process, and helping to manage the application servers. This includes, but is not limited to, acting in a responsive, professional, and courteous manner with the employees, customers and public we serve at all times, and performing related work as needed and specified to carry out the goals of the agency.
