POSITION SUMMARY
To plan, organize, direct, and perform maintenance service support. Serve as an assistant to a Plant Operations Director. Lead the maintenance team on all aspects of related work at the hospital through assignments as per Director of Plant Operations. To coordinate maintenance work. To maintain a purchasing system for materials and spare parts. Maintain accurate departmental records. Use the computer based Equipment Management Information System to record work order and P.M. information and access to other information. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
