Position Purpose:
The Facilities Clerk is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Facilities & Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
Note: Due to the varied nature of this position, responsibilities may include some, or all of these as well as many other administrative tasks.-
Assists with filing, mail processing and distribution, conference room reservations, stocking conference and break rooms, and other clerical/administrative/facilities duties, as assigned.

Responsible for coordinating and executing assigned maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Assists with preventative maintenance programs and procedures.
- Help oversee vendors/technicians who repair and maintain equipment and/or systems.
- Assist Human Resources (HR) with administrative duties. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year of experience in administrative support, or closely related
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Must have excellent computer literacy
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be customer service oriented, have a positive attitude, and be up for any task
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business Administration, or related
2 years of experience in administrative support, or closely related
