Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operations

- Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth
