Director of Operations
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all strategic business units, ensuring
alignment with organizational objectives, and implementing policies to
enhance productivity and efficiency
- Direct staffing initiatives to ensure the acquisition of top talent, effectively
meeting staffing goals, and maintain optimal workflows levels.
- Coordinate with the Talent Team hiring goals and on recruitment strategy
and initiatives.
- Manage the onboarding processes of new employees to guarantee seamless
integration of new team members.
- Manage a team of 10 employees while serving as an indirect leader for a
larger team of 200-250 employees. Foster a culture of collaboration,
empowerment, and high performance, driving employee engagement and
development.
- Manage budgets for each strategic business units, monitoring expenditures,
and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising operational
excellence.
- Managing the PnL of the business’s strategic business units and meeting
monthly staffing targets for customer sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a positive and
inclusive work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and
implement effective solutions
