    Job Summary
    As our Director of Operations, you will be responsible for directly and indirectly managing client relationships, logistics, and food and beverage production, with a constant focus on ensuring that operations are able to be scaled to pace with the overall company’s vision of expansion and growth.

    Through strategic planning, you will direct operations within the businesses to support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); create a positive work environment that values its employees, their training and professional development and promotes teamwork.

    Responsibilities
    • Managing cultural turnarounds by building teams that demonstrate exceptional business ethics, promote innovation and resourcefulness, and above all demonstrate integrity and ethics.
    • Participating in executive leadership meetings to review financial performance and highlight opportunities for improvement along with successes.
    • Ensuring the highest standard level of Operations in all accounts to strategize around people development of the current and future managers.
    • Continuously focusing on improving profit margins by ensuring the culinary team remains current on trends and can successfully roll out new offerings methodically.
    • Building sustainable departments and next level leaders through teaching and mentoring. Providing coaching and development through goals setting.

    Required Qualifications
    • 5 years of experience in Senior Level Executive roles.
    • Strong leadership, patient teaching, superior financial and business acumen.
    • Thorough knowledge of logistics technology and fleet management.
    • Ability to comprehend financial results and promptly devise plans for improvement.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with leading and developing a team.
    • Must have Food Handlers Certification.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership, management, and organization skills.
    • Analytic and creative thinking.
    • Effective communication and Interpersonal skills.
