General Statement of Duties:
The Director of Operations will lead the warehouse and distribution strategies to increase safety, effectiveness, efficiency, profitability to be best in class. As a member of the Leadership team, this person will also serve as a liaison between top leadership and operations personnel. This two-way communication expectation will require an individual to lean into conflict resolution, ensure clarity, and be a continuous improvement-minded, self-starter with the ability to motivate and lead staff.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc. or related field
License or Certification: Lean and/or Six Sigma, CLTD or CPIM, OSHA, HAACP preferred
