    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Director to lead the operational activities of our non-emergency medical transportation company (NEMT). As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations to ensure the highest level of safety, service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing performance, and maintaining regulatory compliance within the company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES::

    Quality Assurance, Compliance, Safety, and Training:
    • Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance and safety procedures to uphold service standards.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing non-emergency medical transportation.
    • Oversee safety protocols, including driver training, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to safety guidelines.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff, focusing on safety protocols, customer service, and efficient operations.

    Operational Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective operational strategies and plans to achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to align operational objectives with overall business objectives.
    • Constantly assess market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.

    Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of operations managers and supervisors, providing them with clear direction and performance objectives.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.

    Fleet and Resource Management:
    • Oversee the maintenance and management of the company's transportation fleet, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety standards.
    • Efficiently allocate resources, including vehicles, staff, and equipment, to meet the demands of daily operations and special projects.

    Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance procedures to consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing non-emergency medical transportation services.
    • Collaborate with the compliance team to conduct regular audits and inspections to address any potential issues proactively.

    Customer Experience::
    • Champion a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, emphasizing the importance of providing compassionate, reliable, and timely services to clients.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and work towards continuous improvement.

    Process Improvement:
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks and lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve productivity.
    • Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to make informed decisions that optimize resource utilization and service quality.

    Vendor and Partner Management:
    • Manage relationships with external partners, including healthcare facilities, insurance providers, and other service providers.
    • Negotiate and review contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and cost-effectiveness.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Proficiency in using transportation management software and related tools.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.
    • Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role within the transportation, logistics, or healthcare industry.
    • Knowledge of non-emergency medical transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices preferred.
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, quality management, and data-driven decision-making.
