Duties

• You will evaluate impacts of new technologies on current systems and policies.
• You will serve as a team leader responsible for complete projects that are important segments of much larger overall efforts.
• You will acquire sufficient parametric knowledge of systems and fleet life cycles to perform cost and economic analyses.
• You will write computer programs for simulations.
• You will perform studies of issues arising in such subjects as logistics, hazardous materials, training, basic operations, and/or mobilization scenarios.
• You will document study purposes, methods, assumptions, and conclusions.
• You will generate ideas for new programs, policies, studies, and approaches in one or more subject areas.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

• This position requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. You must be willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.
• You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
