Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This position is a hands-on management position responsible for day to day operations, ensuring quality standards are met and an exceptional guest experience. Duties include: hiring, training and supervising staff, maintaining employee records, scheduling, ordering supplies, updating operating procedures, and enforcing employee policies.

Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
