Job Summary
The right candidate will become an essential member of the C&W team and will be responsible for managing client business, with retention and satisfaction being key. You are responsible for being the point of contact for the client, and ensuring company policy and procedures are followed and maintained throughout the client’s journey with C&W.
Compensation:
Base salary activity bonus $46k plus commission (potential in first year base activity bonus commission OTE $88k )
Responsibilities:
· Communication both written and verbal both with the accounts you manage and with the internal team at C&W across various departments.
· Upselling and Cross Selling and understanding the clients’ needs and being proactive to make suggestions based on support needed.
o Whitespace analysis on what is needed.
o Monthly touchpoints and quarterly reviews.
· Client Retention à building the relationship and keeping them happy.
o Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business needs, and IT environment so you can make the necessary recommendations and help with their IT roadmap.
o Collaboration with the needed departments to make sure the plan in place for the client is working and adjusting for their future needs.
· Quotations being completed both accurately and timely for the accounts that you manage.
o Tracking of all activity in CRM and other sales tools you will be using.
o Ensuring orders are completed in a timely manner and making sure all pricing and margins are accurate.
o Delivering quotes and proposals and accepting orders and ensuring everything is correct – white glove treatment.
§ Working with vendors, deal registration, price adjustments.
§ Process and track orders.
§ Internal reporting on client orders.
§ Proactively manage any vendor or client order issues.
· Customer Satisfaction and making sure that we are partnering with the accounts that you manage to provide them with what is needed for projects, operations, and administration.
o Responding quickly to requests via phone, email, chats, texts, social media both with internal team at C&W and client.
Qualifications:
· 2-4 years’ experience as an Account Manager with proven results.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
o Customer Service experience
· Ability to build long-standing professional relationships with clients to create a mutually beneficial environment.
· Knowledgeable in upselling, cross-selling and other sales strategies.
· Proven success handling multiple customer accounts.
