Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a background in sewer maintenance to oversee our sewer infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of sewer systems and maintenance processes. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering sewer maintenance projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, for sewer maintenance projects.
2. Resource Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
4. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets regulatory standards and project specifications.
6. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for project personnel and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
