Spectra has 2 offices located in Tallahassee and Orlando, FL.

DUTIES AND JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

· Process and submit payroll bi-weekly

· Research for bids/jobs weekly online

· Process invoices for clients and monitor payments received

· Update/Renew licenses/certificates when due

· Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.

· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

· Support budgeting, bookkeeping procedures, and monthly bill payments

. Perform general administrative and marketing duties

· Performing other relevant duties when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• Office Administration: 4 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
