Operations Research Analysis Manager jobs in Trenton, NJ

Job Description

• Coordinate and develop annual budget, latest forecasts, and long-range plan for each asset and for all P&L line items
• Act as the finance partner for the business area and provide all necessary financial support
• Prepare business cases and conduct NPV/ROI analysis to support new investments and/or strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with business analytics, market research, and supply chain in updating revenue forecast model
• Perform month-end accruals and reconciliations for sales and marketing cost centers
• Perform complex quarter-end gross to net analysis and reconciliations
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on monthly financials results to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales and expense risks and opportunities
• Incorporate and share Financial Stewardship principles across the commercial team

Qualifications:

• Minimum BS degree in Finance/Accounting required, MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years industry related experience is required.
• 3 years supporting business/commercial organization is required.
• Knowledge of gross-to-net concepts and principles
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively cross-functionally with all levels of management
• Proficient with financial systems, such that they can produce accurate and timely financials.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent managerial skills
