The successful candidate must be interested in learning all aspects of custom apparel decoration such as screen printing, embroidery and sublimation for youth and high school athletic programs. Position requires you to be high energy, detail oriented and possess the ability to juggle multiple priorities while becoming fluent in the production process, job scheduling and the job completion process. Responsibilities include many aspects of fulfilling customer orders as well as:
· Responsible to learn and use the online team store platform
· Close online team stores and create reports for ordering
· Responsible for PO creation, ordering and receiving operations
· Create decoration reports and prepare jobs for decoration
· Maintain and coordinate production schedules
· Oversee assistants who support operations
Qualifications
· Positive attitude and customer service oriented
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Fast learner on new software programs
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
