Job Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM – 5 PM

Ceaco is seeking a skilled and successful Senior Product Designer Engineer to join our growing games team. This role will drive and support 3D product design and execution of all new products for our three games brands: Buffalo Games, Gamewright and Brainwright, as well as support the other teams. JOB PURPOSE:

Looking for an individual with strong analytical and critical thinking skills that will allow them to design, automate and re-evaluate essential reporting for company leadership and cross-functional teams. In addition, will be responsible for managing and protecting the data integrity within the department's planning tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Collaborate closely with operations, forecasting, and sales teams to understand their data needs, provide analytical support, and deliver insights through reports and visualizations for informed decision-making and operational enhancements.

· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational reports and metrics.

· Collect and organize information from various sources such as Epicor, Air Table, Excel, and Access to assist in sales/ops/finance reporting.

· Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel and Power BI reports and dashboards for various business units.

· Translate cross-functional team requirements into effective visualizations and optimize data models and queries for efficient performance in Power BI.

· Maintain and update monthly and weekly reports in Excel and Power BI, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to support ongoing business operations.

· Maintain integrity of PowerBI tables and data within company’s reporting framework

· Generate sales reports on item, customer and brand performance that are disseminated to sales and leadership teams to enable data-driven decisions

· Ad hoc projects that cater to specific business needs within the organization.

· Utilize company’s ERP system (Epicor E10) to access and update information including part information, on hand inventory, open orders, and shipment data

· Generate weekly inventory reporting across all brands that is communicated to the Sales and Customer Service teams to evaluate product availability

· Leverage sales and POS data to assist in the management of the company’s forecast

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related fields

- Minimum three years' experience

· Expertise in Excel, showcasing mastery in Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, and macro development for efficient data analysis, manipulation, and automation.

· Proven experience in operations and data analysis, along with business intelligence.

· Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and complex visualization creation.

· Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial information.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Access and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.

· Microsoft Power BI Certification (not mandatory but a plus).

· Epicor experience
